1. Privacy and Data Protection Policy of the website users of the DESIGN ACT International Design Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Festival) hereby governs the terms of use of personal data received from the users of https://designact-fest.com/ 2. The Festival shall process personal data and other information received from the users of https://designact-fest.com/ in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dd. July 27, 2006, the Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On information, information technologies and information protection” dd. July 27, 2006, other laws and regulations of the Russian Federation. All terms and definitions used herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. 3. The user of the website https://designact-fest.com/ is any person who has logged into the website to view it, to obtain any information, or for any other purpose, whether he/she has provided his/her personal data by filling out special questionnaire forms or not (hereinafter referred to as the user). This Policy applies to all website users of https://designact-fest.com/ 4. Personal data provided by the user when purchasing tickets to the DESIGN ACT International Design Festival is not processed by the Festival. The ‘Buy a Ticket’ option on the website https://designact-fest.com/ directs the user to the website of the Museum of Moscow. 1.5. The Festival may also process data made public by the subject of personal data or subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. 1.6. The Festival does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the user, nor evaluate its legal capacity. By doing this, the Festival proceeds from that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal data about himself/herself and keeps this information up to date. 1.7. If there are any inaccuracies in personal data, it shall be made up-to-date by the Festival at the user’s request. 2. Purposes of processing the user’s personal data 2.1. The user’s personal data received by the Festival shall be processed to collect feedback and provide each user with general or individual announcements about the events of the Festival, and other messages of informational, reference, advertising and other content and nature to the e-mail address. Users agree that in some cases the Festival may also use their personal data to: – identify the user as a party within the services provided by the Festival as part of its core business; – eliminate technical or security issues; – conduct surveys, questionnaires, other statistical and other studies based on anonymized data. 2.2. If the purpose of processing the user’s personal data is canceled, and in the case specified in Clause 4.2. hereof, the processing of personal data shall be terminated. 3. Conditions and methods of processing the user’s personal data and its transfer to third parties 3.1. The processing of the user’s personal data shall mean the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the user’s personal data. 3.2. The Festival does not transfer personal data of website users https://designact-fest.com/ to third parties, except when: – user has agreed to such actions; – transfer is necessary for the user agreement; – transfer to the competent public authorities of the Russian Federation must be carried out on the grounds and in the manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation; – user violates the terms of agreements with the Festival, the conditions and requirements established by this Policy, in order to ensure protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Festival or third parties; – as a result of processing the user’s personal data by depersonalizing it, depersonalized statistical data have been obtained, which are transferred to a third party for research, performance of work or provision of services on behalf of the Festival. Measures taken to protect the user’s personal data 4.1. The Festival shall take all necessary and sufficient measures to protect the user’s personal data from illegal actions of third parties. 4.2. Additional terms and conditions 5.1. The Festival has the right to make changes hereto to process and protect the user’s personal data without hie/her consent. If the user continues to use the website https://designact-fest.com/ following such changes, it means that he/she agrees to such changes. 5.2. All disputes and disagreements arising from the relations regulated by this Policy shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
